On the day
Darren needs to be into the venue at least an hour before he's due to start. That's for getting the PA and lights up and sounding right, not for standing around, so it's worth checking your venue actually opens that early. Power points close to the stage or performing area are the other requirement. Everything else travels with him from Launceston. Flag any awkward access, stairs, a long carry, a locked loading door, when you enquire.
