Tully's Hooping is a hula hoop act for hire in Sydney, NSW.
Tully Angel has been training and performing hula hoop and circus work for over eleven years, across festivals, corporate functions, community events and private parties. Dance and gymnastics sit underneath the hooping, which is why the routines look like choreography rather than a trick display. The stage act runs four to five minutes to a track of your choosing, good as a surprise feature or a spotlight moment. Roving sets run 10 to 30 minutes and move through the crowd, which is where the photos happen. Tully arrives at least half an hour early to check in and assess the performance area. A three by three metre space is the minimum, though four by four and up is better. Public liability cover, a police check and a working with children check are all held.

The show
Expect hooping pitched at full tilt. This is the hoop as a spectacle, fast and physical, with the kind of pace that gets a room to stop talking and watch. It's built to impress from the first spin, and the energy stays high the whole way through.
On the day
Tully arrives at least half an hour early to check in with you or your coordinator and walk the space, flagging anything that needs sorting. A 3x3 metre stage is the working minimum, and 4x4 or larger is genuinely better. Podium work is the exception. Grass, a concrete or traditional stage, or a roped-off section all work, and indoors is fine given the room. A PA for music playback is needed, Bluetooth input is fine, and one can be supplied by arrangement. A secure space to change is required. No flash photography.
Performance options
The stage act is four to five minutes, performed to a track you pick. It works as a spotlight moment or as a surprise nobody saw coming, which is why it suits private parties and functions. Roving is the other option. Those sets run 10 to 30 minutes and move through the room rather than staying put, so guests get close to the hooping and the photos happen naturally. Both can slot into the timings you already have.
