Keynotes come as a 30 minute conference slot, good for panels and opening or closing sessions, or as a 60 to 90 minute signature keynote, which is the most booked format. She also works as a conference MC and facilitator, moderating panels and running executive interviews. Workshops run 90 minutes as an interactive strategic session, half a day across three to four hours for executive teams, or a full day leadership intensive combining strategy, facilitation and implementation planning.
