About

Trent Bell is a singer-songwriter for hire in Townsville City, QLD.

Townsville singer Trent Bell has done the hard yards most cover artists haven't. He opened for Grinspoon, Thirsty Merc and Jimmy Barnes, spent three years signed to Sony Music with his band The Collective, and made the semi finals of The Voice in 2018. These days he performs for a living, working solo with vocals and acoustic guitar, as a duo, a trio, or a full band with drums, bass, keys and guitar. Expect singalongs, easy listening or dance sets depending on the room, with Bruno Mars, Bon Jovi and Adele all on the list. And depending on where you are, he can supply the sound equipment too.

Watch

The show

Tell him what kind of night it is and he'll build the music around it. Singalongs, easy listening, or something with more drive for dancing, all of it is on the table, and so is any type of event. The other choice you get is size: solo, duo or full band.

On the day

Solo is vocals and acoustic guitar. Duo can be keyboard, acoustic guitars and vocals between the two of them, or a drummer with an acoustic guitarist who sings. Trio is a drummer, a guitarist and a guitarist who sings. The band is drums, bass, keys, guitar and vocals. He needs a PA with foldback speakers, and depending on where in the country you are, he may be able to bring the sound equipment himself.

Performance options

Three ways to book him: solo, duo or band. Send a message about which suits your event and he'll go from there.
