About
TearShxtUp is a singer-songwriter for hire in Brisbane, QLD.
TearShxtUp doesn't just walk out and play. The Brisbane act builds full shows with actors, stage direction and worked-out positioning, backed by a live band, and the sets are rehearsed to the beat. Genres get shredded along the way: a gut-wrenching ballad, then a rapid rap verse, then a metal scream that opens up a circle pit. Crowd control is the real skill here, and it's how a flat room turns into a moving one. Best suited to venues and events that can handle volume and a bit of chaos.

The show
This is a show, not a set. Actors, worked out stage direction and deliberate positioning sit around the music, and the whole thing is rehearsed hard enough that it lands on the beat. A live band is behind it: guitar, bass, DJ and four MCs. Genres change without warning across a night, a heavy ballad into a fast rap verse into a metal scream, and the room usually answers with a mosh or a circle pit. Crowd control is the real craft on show. Best in a venue that can take the volume.
