About
Don Mai is a singer-songwriter for hire.
Don Mai writes on acoustic guitar or piano, and that shows in the finished songs: an acoustic core with a hook strong enough to stick. Rather than picking a genre first, Don writes from whatever he's feeling at the time and lets the song decide where it lands, which is why the catalogue doesn't sit neatly in one box. Ed Sheeran, Jon Bellion and Ryan Tedder are the reference points. Available solo, and with a full band when the event calls for more.
