About
TW0 is a musical duo for hire in Hobart, TAS.
Two people, and enough noise to fill a room that would normally need four. TW0 are a Hobart rock duo built around Naomie Tubb on vocals and Patrick White on guitar, working through rock and grunge from every era. Think AC/DC, Jet, Pearl Jam, Powderfinger, Creedence, Fleetwood Mac, Alanis Morissette and Pink. The set leans raw rather than polite. And the footprint is small: a power point and a couple of square metres is genuinely all they need, which makes them an easy fit for a function room or a back deck as much as a proper stage.
The show
Rock, and a wide reach of it. TW0 pull from AC/DC, Jet, Alanis Morissette, Pearl Jam, Powderfinger, Creedence Clearwater Revival, Fleetwood Mac and Pink, and that's only the start of the list. Two people making the noise of considerably more.
On the day
The list is about as short as it gets. A power source, and a couple of square metres of floor for them to play in. That's the whole list, which is why they fit into rooms and corners a bigger act would never manage.
