About
The Doonas is a musical duo for hire in Brisbane, QLD.
The show
An acoustic duo with the volume up and the crowd pulled into it. The Doonas talk to the room between songs and get people joining in, which is half of why the night works. Song choice covers the classics most guests could sing without thinking, plus a few that dropped off the radio years ago and land better than anyone expects. Good fit for a party where you want the music noticed rather than sitting politely in the background.
On the day
The Doonas turn up with everything already sorted: their own PA and their own lighting, at every booking. Your side of it is one thing only, and that's somewhere to plug in. No hired sound gear, no separate lighting supplier, no scrambling on the day.
