The show
Wayne has spent more than three decades working on leadership and performance, and he presents rather than lectures. His subjects are leadership, change management, coaching, team building and the messy realities of a modern workplace, and he's advised organisations around the world on all of them. The delivery leans on storytelling and on things he's actually seen work, so an audience gets practical steps rather than theory. Where he keeps returning is teams: how you build ones that talk to each other, care about the work and stay connected when everything around them keeps changing. Conferences, seminars and corporate events are his usual rooms, and leaders, managers and anyone who wants to lead all get something out of it.
On the day
Ideally a large whiteboard or two, with markers and an eraser, because he works things through with the room rather than talking at it. A lapel microphone. And a data projector if the session includes slides or video.
Performance options
He presents online as well as in person, coming into your conference, convention or training day by video link, which works well for regional and remote organisations. There's also a coaching and mentoring program that follows the talk. He comes to your office, boardroom, work site, manufacturing plant or mine and reinforces the key messages on the job, coaching the behaviour changes and mentoring your team where the work actually happens, including your leaders and managers.
