About
Jenny Wynter is a motivational speaker for hire in Brisbane, QLD.
A keynote speaker who has spent nearly two decades as a professional stand-up changes what a conference session feels like. Jenny Wynter is a comedian, two time TEDx speaker, author and mental health advocate who's performed everywhere from dusty outback towns to New York stages, with comedy work across the US, Canada and the UK. Her sessions come with live music: she plugs in a keyboard, and sometimes a keytar, loop station or electric kazoo. Yes, really. Current keynotes include Leading with Laughter, Fun-da-mental Health and Burnt Out to Brilliant. She presents live, virtually from her own dedicated studio, or hybrid, and organises a briefing beforehand so the material lands with your particular crowd. Tailored handouts and teaser videos are available in the lead-up.

The show
Most of us have sat through a keynote where the room switched off in the first two minutes. The speaker looked right on paper and then turned out to be dry. Jenny Wynter comes at it from the other direction: a working stand-up first, keynote speaker second. She's been a professional comedian for close to two decades, which has taken her from small outback towns to stages in New York and on to the US, Canada and the UK. She's a two time TEDx speaker, an improviser, an author, a mental health advocate, a former Clown Doctor and a screenwriter. Expect laughter, and then something underneath it that changes how the room sees the topic.
On the day
Wired, wireless, lapel or headset mic all work, and she can bring her own if that's easier. She'll usually want a data projector and somewhere to plug in an electronic keyboard, since the music is part of the session. Sometimes a keytar, a loop station or an electric kazoo joins it. Before the keynote she'll set up a briefing so she understands your event and your people. If it's virtual, her tech person will talk to yours and run a line check before you go live.
Performance options
The same session works live, virtually from her own studio, or as a hybrid where you're in a venue and streaming to people who aren't. Nobody in the online half gets treated as an afterthought, which is the usual failing of hybrid sessions. Many of the keynotes come with handouts you can print for attendees, and in the run-up she can supply short video teasers to get people signing up.
