About
Tracy Tully is a motivational speaker for hire in Brisbane, QLD.
Tracy Tully founded the Veterans in Schools Program and chairs it, and that work sits underneath what she brings to a stage. She speaks about resilience and confident communication, and about refusing to let hard things define what comes next. Her method has a name, Buckle Up Fear, and it runs in three steps with practical strategies attached rather than encouragement alone. The style is punchy, quick and expressive, with a lot of warmth in it. She's written a book on building resilience, which can be packaged in your own colours for staff or clients. Brisbane based. Available for keynotes, conferences, workshops and retreats of one to three days, university and school talks, library and primary school book readings, remote presentations and cruise ship engagements.

The show
Quick, warm and a bit relentless, in the good way. Tracy works from her own three step method, Buckle Up Fear, which is built for people stuck in procrastination and that low hum of overwhelm. She also runs through a set of five small daily habits she's put together over the years, the sort of thing you can start the next morning without buying anything or rearranging your life. Self awareness gets a fair bit of airtime too, since her view is that you can't get past fear you haven't named yet. There's plenty of feeling in it. But she gives you the practical strategy alongside, not just the lift.
On the day
A headset microphone is what she'd rather have, because she moves while she talks. A cordless lapel or a handheld both work if that's what the venue runs. If the only handheld has a cord on it, make sure there's at least five metres of it. Seating is the other thing to sort out early: she needs the audience in front of her or off to the side. If any of your seating sits behind the stage, tell her before the day so she can plan for it.
Performance options
The bread and butter is keynotes and conference sessions, but the format stretches a long way past that. Workshops and retreats run anywhere from one to three days. She does remote presentations, university talks, school sessions, book expos, and readings at libraries and primary schools. Cruise ship engagements are on the list too. Coaching and mentoring can run alongside a booking rather than instead of one. Her book on building resilience can be produced in your own colours and given out to staff or clients, which works nicely as a takeaway from a corporate session.
