The show
Two formats are on offer. A presentation, where Allan speaks and the room listens, or a workshop, where your group does some of the work alongside him. Neither comes off a fixed script. He starts with what your people are facing at the moment and builds the session to fit that, so the content is decided with you beforehand and not delivered cold on the day.
