About
The Resilient Rockstar Show is a motivational speaker for hire in Gold Coast, QLD.
Donna-Leigh Perfect performs this one alone, and it's a stage show rather than a talk. Storytelling, music, movement and a lot of audience involvement, built around her P.E.A.C.E. tools for resilience and self-belief. People laugh, they reflect, and a fair few cry. It runs about an hour and works for primary schools, high schools, community events and corporate rooms, in Australia and overseas. Beyond the show there's a 24-module program parents can run at home, an ambassador program that has students solving their own problems and looking out for each other, parent information sessions and a free app with meditations and support services. Gold Coast based. Needs a stage, power and a headset mic. Insured.
Watch
The show
This is a live stage show, not a talk, and it moves. Donna-Leigh threads storytelling through music, movement and a good deal of audience involvement, handing children practical tools they can use afterwards. Energetic, funny in places, and it lands with the adults in the room as squarely as it does with the kids. Teachers, principals, parents, community groups and business audiences all sit in the same show and take something out of it.
Performance options
The live stage show runs about an hour and stands on its own. Beyond it: the P.E.A.C.E. Program, 24 modules run by parents at home with primary aged children, reinforcing what was covered on stage. An Ambassador Program that has primary and secondary students working out solutions to their own problems and connecting the school community through kindness. Hour long information sessions that take parents through the whole program. And a free app carrying meditations and support services for anyone in the community.
