Patrick spent over a decade as a refugee in Kakuma Refugee Camp before migrating to Australia and eventually becoming an Australian citizen. He speaks about that journey, and about what came after, because arriving somewhere safe brought its own set of problems to work through. Twelve years of public speaking sit behind the presentations, which are built around resilience, immigration and self-belief and use real examples from his own life rather than theory.
