About
Nafiye Erdogan is a motivational speaker for hire in Gold Coast, QLD.
Nafiye speaks from lived experience rather than theory, and the room feels it. Her sessions move between laughter and something quieter, built on storytelling and real insight instead of a slide deck full of frameworks nobody remembers. She works on self-doubt, fear of success and the things that stop people putting themselves forward, and she gives audiences practical tools to take away. The delivery is conversational. She speaks with a room, not at it, and the audience participation feels natural rather than forced. Suits corporate days, leadership events and conferences. Gold Coast based, travelling for engagements.

The show
Nafiye tells stories rather than teaching frameworks, and rooms tend to laugh and go quiet in roughly equal measure. What she draws on is lived, not read, and that shows in how specific she gets. The material sits on self-doubt, fear of success and the blocks that keep people from being seen, and she hands over tools people can use rather than leaving them with a feeling. Delivery is conversational, so participation happens naturally and nobody gets put on the spot. Audiences head off with some clarity, a bit more confidence, and the urge to actually do something.
