About
Jacob Carlile is a motivational speaker for hire in Toowoomba, QLD.
Jacob Carlile studies what actually makes a business work: development, marketing and sales, plus human behaviour and the psychology of running your own thing. That research is the backbone of the talks. Two core sessions sit at the front of the list. EMPOWER, INNOVATE, CREATE looks at business fundamentals from both the daily grind and the wider view, drawn from growing up in small business and later working with large corporations. TIME IS THE COMMODITY is aimed at start-up phase founders turning an idea into something real. Keynotes can be customised, and there are interactive workshops and seminars as well. Give him a headset mic, a flip chart and a screen and he'll use the whole stage.

The show
Jacob Carlile has done the reading, and the talks lean on it. Business development, marketing and sales, plus human behaviour and the psychology of running your own thing. That research sits under everything he delivers, so the material is practical rather than motivational fluff. Delivery is enthusiastic and pitched to keep a room with him from the opening line to the end, whether that's a keynote written for your organisation specifically or one of his standing presentations. He also runs interactive workshops and seminars, which is a different job again.
On the day
He's flexible, but there's a setup that gets the most out of him. A headset mic, so his hands are free and he can use the whole stage rather than being pinned to a stand. A flip chart. And a screen he can put a presentation on. Give him those three and he'll work the room properly. Less than that still works, it just changes what the session can do, so tell him what the venue has when you enquire.
