About
Grace is a motivational speaker for hire in Gold Coast, QLD.
Students, corporate teams, community groups: Grace shapes each session around whoever's in the room. An author and speaker based on the Gold Coast, she blends storytelling, humour and lived experience into talks that are reflective without ever turning preachy. Formats flex to the occasion. A keynote runs 45 to 60 minutes, workshops and masterclasses stretch to a couple of hours with journalling and group reflection built in, and a full package can add copies of her book plus follow up mentoring sessions. Staging stays simple: a microphone, a stool and a bottle of water usually covers it. Current Working With Children Check and disability worker screening clearance.

The show
Storytelling first, then the practical part. Grace talks about lived experience and pulls tools out of it that people can actually use on Monday, and she's careful not to tip into preaching. There's humour in it. The session gets shaped around who's in the room, so a hall full of students hears something different from a leadership team, and it's built to feel like a conversation rather than a lecture from the front.
On the day
Simple stuff. A chair or a stool, a bottle of water, and a microphone if the room's big enough to need one. Slides are optional, and if you want them Grace brings her own laptop and HDMI adapter, so just say so beforehand. She's equally happy with no screen and no tech at all, which often suits a smaller or more informal setting better anyway.
Performance options
Three ways to book. A keynote runs 45 to 60 minutes and suits assemblies, conferences and leadership events. A workshop or masterclass goes 1.5 to 2 hours and goes deeper, with interaction, journalling and group reflection built in, which schools and wellbeing days tend to prefer. And there's a fuller option that adds the keynote or workshop, plus copies of Grace's book handed out to everyone there, plus a couple of mentoring sessions afterwards in person. That last one gets used a lot for youth programs and conference break-out sessions.
