Glenda Mitchell

Glenda Mitchell's subject is regret, or rather avoiding it. The through-line in every talk is intention: deciding deliberately what to do, then actually doing it. She speaks to conferences, after dinner audiences and high schools out of Hervey Bay, and also works as an author, facilitator and life coach, which means a keynote and a longer workshop are both on the table. Leadership, time management and work-life balance come up often. It's encouragement with a push behind it.
