About
Amelia is a motivational speaker for hire in Melbourne, VIC.
Amelia spent 20 years leading transformation projects inside global tech and health organisations before leaving to build her own business, and she speaks about the gap between those two worlds. Topics include AI and digital change for ordinary businesses, breaking through the growth ceiling that stops small firms, leading with authority in male-dominated industries, applying big-business strategy at small-business scale, and the portfolio career of investing, advising and coaching at once. She's MBA qualified and multilingual, a third culture kid who built a career in rooms that weren't designed for her. The talks are practical and drawn from what actually happened, not from a framework. She's Melbourne-based and holds police checks, a current working with children check, and first aid and CPR qualifications.

The show
Amelia speaks from what she's actually lived rather than from theory: a third culture kid, multilingual, an MBA graduate, and someone who has made a career inside male-dominated industries. The talks are sharp and practical, and the examples come from real rooms she has been in, boardrooms at one end and running her own business at the other.
On the day
The requirements are short. A television or a projector that Amelia's computer can plug into, since the talk carries visuals, and a microphone so the room can hear her properly. Beyond that there is nothing to organise, and no set up time to allow for in your run sheet.
