About
Olympia Kwitowski is an MC for hire in Brisbane, QLD.
Twelve years of live broadcasting teaches you what to do when the running sheet falls apart. Olympia Kwitowski came up through talkback radio, producer then presenter, and has been a familiar Brisbane voice since 2014. She now hosts awards nights, galas and conferences, with more than 200 events behind her, and organisations including the REA Group, the Council of Queensland Insurance Brokers, Netball Australia, Sportscover and the Ipswich Jets have booked her. Several have booked her back five years running. She also co-hosts the national segment Welcome to the Weekend on Australia Overnight. Available as an MC, a facilitator, a keynote speaker or a virtual presenter. All she needs on the night is a handheld microphone.
The show
Olympia works the room the way a broadcaster works a live shift, which means the awkward gaps get filled and nobody in the audience notices the running sheet slipping. Twelve years on live radio, first producing and then presenting, sits behind that. Awards nights, galas and conferences are her regular ground. She has hosted for the REA Group, the Council of Queensland Insurance Brokers, the Ipswich Jets, Sportscover and Netball Australia, and several of those organisations have had her back year after year. Brisbane listeners have known her voice since 2014, and she still co-hosts Welcome to the Weekend on Australia Overnight.
