About
David Holmes is an MC for hire in Brisbane, QLD.
David Holmes auctioneers and hosts across Brisbane, and he's been named Auctioneer of the Year twice. He's run high-profile functions, worked with well-known names, and shared a stage with contestants from The Block. What you get on the night is a firm hand on the room: he keeps control of the pace, holds the energy up, and doesn't let a lull settle in. Book him for the auction, for the MC role, or for both. Basic AV is all that's needed.
The show
David has been named Auctioneer of the Year twice, and it shows in how he handles a room. He keeps hold of the pace, lifts the energy where it needs lifting, and doesn't let the middle of the night sag. He's hosted high-profile functions, worked alongside well-known names, and shared a stage with contestants from The Block, so a big room and a live audience aren't going to rattle him. Polished on the microphone, and firm with it.
Performance options
Three ways to use him. You can bring him in purely as your MC, running the night and holding the schedule together. You can book him for the auction alone, which is the job he's twice been given the state's top award for. Or you can have him do both, which means one person carries the whole room from the first welcome through to the final bid.
