About
Velvet Archers is a folk band for hire in Melbourne, VIC.
Velvet Archers put a folk and rock spin on cover songs for weddings and live events. The Melbourne band's sets combine newer material with older favourites, arranged in their own style rather than as straight reproductions. Weddings are a substantial part of their work, including celebrations around Australia. They also play music, food and beer festivals, community events, pubs and clubs. For a reception, their focus is on bringing that working-band sound to the dance floor.
