About
Emi-Lou Fire is a fire performer for hire in Adelaide, SA.
Adelaide audiences have caught Emi-Lou at NineteenTen's Burlesque and Jazz Bar, in INFERNO The Show, at the Adelaide Fringe with Untamed Circus' Ritual, at EMPYRE Fire Festival, the Salisbury Summer Garden Festival and Fringe Carnival, plus Light Up New Year's Eve and plenty of private and corporate work. Theme, music, costume, prop choice, run time, roving or a choreographed stage set: all of it flexes to the event. She brings her own equipment and safety gear, and has a Working With Children Check and primary first aid. If you want a duo, trio or larger group, she knows the performers to call.
The show
Theme, style, music, costume, run time, prop choice: Emi-Lou builds the act around your event rather than turning up with a fixed routine. Roving works when you want fire moving through a space and guests coming across it. A choreographed stage set works when you want everyone facing the same direction at the same moment. Expect a proper spread of props, and spinning that holds attention from the first light. Want it bigger? She has the contacts to bring in a duo, trio or full group.
On the day
Talking through the space beforehand sorts out most problems before they exist, since what she needs on the day depends on your venue and which kind of performance you've booked. All equipment comes with her, safety gear included. So the conversation is about your site rather than a shopping list for you.
