Circaholics Anonymous is a fire performer for hire in Sydney, NSW.
Fire hooping, fire skipping, fire whipping and fire eating. Circaholics Anonymous are a Sydney circus crew who work with flame, and the standard show is three acts of roughly ten minutes each, performed to three songs, cycling through different skills and equipment. They take requests on costuming and which skills make the cut, within what's safe. Beyond fire they cover balancing, hula hoop, juggling, LED and glow work, roving and circus workshops, so a country show or a wedding can get something calmer if that suits. Setup is quick, two to ten minutes, but they need flat open ground, ideally concrete, about three metres square with clear height above. Every performer is trained, risk assessed and covered for public liability.

The show
Fire, and plenty of it. Circaholics Anonymous hoop with it, skip with it, whip with it and eat it, and the standard show runs three acts of around ten minutes, each set to its own song with different skills and equipment in each. It's a big, loud, close up thing to watch. You can have a say in the costuming and which skills make the cut, within what's safe on the night. Away from fire, they also do balancing, hula hoop, juggling, LED and glow work and roving.
On the day
Setting up is fast, somewhere between two and ten minutes depending on the act and the site. The space matters more. They need open flat ground, concrete for preference, around three metres square, with good clearance overhead and nothing hanging into it: no lights, speakers or gear above the performance area. They can bring a PA if you need one, though it does need 240v power, and it's easier all round if the venue supplies sound.
Performance options
Everything is worked out per performer. So the first question is how many of the crew you want in front of your guests. They'll put together a minimum crew version of the show and, where the event suits it, a bigger version with more performers and more skills on the ground at once, and you pick between the two. They're happy to be booked across several days, or for more than one event through the year.
