The show
Contact staff is the discipline here, the staff rolling and balancing against the body rather than just spinning in the hands. Difficult manoeuvres, and the pace is yours to choose: slow and flowing, or fast with the harder tricks thrown in. A session holds as many as five separate performances, each one running five to ten minutes, so the fire can appear across the evening instead of all at once.
