About
Lost Corz is a cover band for hire in Canberra, ACT.
Lost Corz build the set list around your event rather than handing you a standard one. Country through to rock, and most things between, with the line up and the length of the night decided with you beforehand. A coordinator works with you in the lead up and stays in touch with your MC or functions manager on the day so the running order actually holds. Sets can run anywhere from two hours to six. All they ask for on site is a power point within five metres of the stage, and they handle lighting and setup before your first guest walks in. Songs range from Africa and Brown Eyed Girl to Chasing Cars, Budapest and Am I Ever Gonna See Your Face Again.
The show
A coordinator works with you in the lead up, then stays in touch with your MC or functions manager on the night, so the running order holds together instead of drifting. The set list is built around your event, not handed to you finished. Country through to rock, and a lot of ground in between, which is handy when the room spans three generations. The line up and the length of the night get settled with you beforehand.
On the day
One power point within five metres of where the band is playing. That's the only thing they ask of the venue. Lighting and setup are theirs, and it's all done and quiet before your first guest walks through the door.
Performance options
Four tiers sit behind the booking, named Platinum, Gold, Silver and Bronze, and they exist so the night can be scaled rather than sold as one size. Playing time stretches from a two hour minimum out to six. The style range is deliberately wide, country at one end and rock at the other, so a mixed crowd all get something. Tell them what shape you want the night to take and they will build the performance to match.
