About
Boogie Lover is a cover band for hire in Perth, WA.
Boogie Lover Band are mostly WAAPA-trained players, which explains the arrangements. Disco, funk and dance anthems from the 70s and 80s alongside current grooves, delivered with horns, strings, percussion, electronics and powerhouse vocals. That's a big sound and it takes real musicianship to keep it tight rather than muddy. Every track is arranged rather than copied. Perth based, and built squarely for filling a dancefloor and keeping it full.
