About
Pete Byrne is a caricaturist for hire in Bondi Beach, NSW.
Thirty five years of drawing faces for a living, first in newspapers and then in front of live crowds. Pete Byrne sketches quick, funny caricatures at corporate functions, conferences, parties and weddings, and he's been the resident cartoonist at Sydney's Star casino. The newspaper background shows: the likenesses come fast, and they're genuinely funny. He's widely considered one of the best in the caricature game, and after three and a half decades of live drawing, the confidence is earned.
