About
Blues Wranglers is a blues band for hire in Sydney, NSW.
Guitar and harmonica lead the Blues Wranglers sound, backed by a traditional rhythm section. Gordon Macdonald heads the Sydney band, whose approach favours gritty, driving blues over a polished lounge treatment. Their performance settings include blues festivals and live music venues, along with pub, club and private event shows. For a programme built around blues, the combination of harp, guitar and rhythm gives the group a clear musical focus from the outset.
