About
Queenz is an R&B singer for hire in Surry Hills, NSW.
Hip hop is where Queenz starts, the raw end of it, then the set slides across to softer club R&B and soul. Amy Winehouse covers sit in there too. It's a versatile hour, and the song choices are yours to pick. The rig is small and self-contained: Rode mic, autotune box, laptop. Based in Surry Hills. Suits a party where you want one voice carrying the room across several genres rather than a band locked into one lane, and it works just as well for a wedding as a late club slot.
The show
An hour, one voice, and the genres move. Queenz starts in raw hip hop and slides across into softer club R&B and soul, with Amy Winehouse covers in the mix, and the transitions between them are the skill on show. The songs are your call. You pick what she covers, which means the set is built around your crowd's taste instead of hers. Good for a room with a wide age spread where no single style would hold everyone.
