The show

Here's the bit that decides how many people get read for: if guests come straight into the room as the one before them leaves, five ten minute readings fit inside an hour comfortably. If there's a gap between each one while somebody goes looking for the next person, the maths stops working. So ask your guests to think about their questions beforehand, written down if they can manage it. She takes a short five minute break each hour.
On the day
A quiet room she can work from, away from the noise of the party. Inside it she needs a table with a chair on each side, so she and your guest are sitting across from one another. A jug of juice and a glass would be appreciated, since she's talking for hours. Everything else she brings herself. Phone readings work differently, and there the only ask is that you're somewhere quiet with no background noise and ready at the time you booked.
