About
Meg Burstow is a pianist for hire in Brisbane, QLD.
Piano and voice, jazz and jazzy pop, nothing that fights the conversation. Meg Burstow works around Brisbane as a soloist, and the sound sits somewhere between a relaxed backdrop and a genuine lift in the room. Corporate events, weddings and functions are her usual ground. If your venue has a grand piano, she'll use it. If it doesn't, that's fine too, she'll just need to know how big the room is and how many guests are coming so the PA matches. A compact act that takes up little space and asks little of the day.

If your venue has a grand piano, that's the ideal and Meg will play it. If it doesn't, that's no problem, she'll bring her own PA instead. To get the right size gear she needs two things from you: how large the space is and roughly how many guests you're expecting. A courtyard for forty and a ballroom for three hundred need different setups, and she'd rather know in advance than guess.
