About
Magic With Drace is a magician for hire in Brisbane, QLD.
Five decades in magic and illusion, starting on national television. Drace has worked with some of the biggest names in Australian entertainment and spent time performing at one of Queensland's major theme parks, and the range of rooms since then is unusually wide: birthday parties, fetes and fairs, corporate nights, shopping centres, and gigs well out into regional Queensland and the outback. Plenty of performers say they'll take a job of any size. He's got five decades of proof. The shows run high energy, heavy on illusions, and are pitched to land with children and adults in the same room. He'll host or MC your event as well. Usually self contained, so requirements shift with the venue rather than the other way around.

The show
High energy and genuinely engaging, heavy on illusions rather than a few card tricks. The show is pitched to work on children and adults sitting in the same room, which is harder than it sounds and is the real test of a magician at a family event. Five decades of it sits behind the act, starting on national television, and Drace has performed at one of Queensland's major theme parks and worked with some of the biggest names in Australian entertainment. He'll host or MC the rest of your event too. People tend to still be talking about it days later.
On the day
This changes with the event, which is the honest answer. Most of the time Drace is self contained and brings everything the show needs, so a venue with nothing in it is not a problem. A birthday party in a backyard, a shopping centre, a fete, a corporate function and a hall out in regional Queensland all ask for different things, and the setup follows the room instead of the room being forced to suit the setup. Say where you are and what the space is like when you enquire.
Performance options
Length is the main choice. There's a short version around thirty minutes, which suits a birthday party or a slot inside a longer program, and it runs through to considerably longer shows for events that need the entertainment to carry more of the day. Fetes, fairs, shopping centres, corporate nights and regional bookings all get built to fit. Hosting or MC work can be added on top of the magic. Ask for the detail on any of them and it gets spelled out for your event.
