About
Daniel Daminato Magic is a magician for hire in Adelaide, SA.
Stand-up comedy magic, Adelaide. Daniel Daminato started in 2010 by teaching himself to build his own effects as well as perform them, and now runs several different shows depending on the room. Table to table work needs nothing at all, no set up, no power, he just starts. Stage shows may use a PA. There are kids shows and kids workshops too, so a school holiday event and a company Christmas lunch are both on the menu. He holds public liability insurance, a National Police Certificate, a Working With Children Check and a first aid certificate.
The show
The impossible happening about a metre from your face. Daniel works stand-up comedy magic, so the laughs matter as much as the tricks, and guests tend to come away arguing about what they just saw. He builds a lot of his own effects, which means you're not watching the same routines that turn up at every other function.
On the day
Table to table magic needs nothing at all. No power, no space set aside, no setup time, he just starts working the room. For a stage show a PA may come into it, so it's worth talking through your space and anything unusual about it beforehand.
Performance options
Working the tables through a crowd is one option. So is pre-show entertainment paired with a stage show, a stand-up comedy magic set, a kids show, or a workshop for a children's event.
