About
Andino is a magician for hire in Sunshine Coast, QLD.
Close-up magic among the guests or a full parlour show on stage, Andino does both. The Sunshine Coast magician built his repertoire studying the modern masters of the craft, and his sleight of hand gets the reaction every magician chases: people insisting it can't be done. He works conferences, gala dinners, award nights, golf days, weddings and private parties, keeps the material clean, and needs no setup at all for roving performances. Public liability cover is in place.
Watch
The show
Andino works the room rather than just performing at it. Close-up magic happens right in front of you, in your hands sometimes, and the material stays clean enough for a work function or a family party. What you get is a magician who can hold a table of six or a room of two hundred, and who's just as comfortable mingling through pre-dinner drinks as standing up for a proper show. Guests tend to spend the rest of the night arguing about how he did it.
On the day
For roving magic there's nothing to organise. Andino arrives, carries in everything he needs, and starts working the crowd. No stage, no power, no sound check. A parlour or stage show is a different matter, since that one wants somewhere for people to sit and a bit of space to work in, so mention it in your enquiry and he'll sort the details with you.
Performance options
Three shapes to a booking here. Roving magic, where Andino moves through the guests and performs close-up. A close-up show, which is the same skill set with everyone gathered in tight. And a parlour show, which puts him up front for a set piece the whole room watches together. Plenty of events use a mix, roving through drinks and then a show later. Tell him the run sheet and he'll suggest what fits.
