About
Amica is a jazz duo for hire in Brisbane, QLD.
Kathy Sander on piano or keyboard and Bryan Pearson on acoustic or electric bass. Amica draw from classical, jazz and contemporary music, with Latin in the mix too, and the pair have spent years in the commercial music scene here and overseas. They'd rather play a real piano and a double bass where the venue has them, and will happily switch to keyboard and electric bass where it doesn't. Background and cocktail music is the speciality, though they can bring vocals and something more danceable if the night turns that way. A drummer, guitarist or saxophonist can be added to make a trio or quartet.

I wasn’t at the function the whole time so I was lucky enough to hear the whole play list but everyone I spoke to said that Amico Duo played a fantastic varied jazz list and that it was very suitable to the crowd and venue. We would definitely look at booking them again!! Thanks again for your help
