The show
Percussion and melody at once, from one player. Mario's rhythms are intricate and the guitar lines sit on top of them, and the cultural mix running through the material is what gives the whole thing its lift. It makes for a lively room rather than background wallpaper.
On the day
The rig is a classical guitar and percussion running through loops and effects, played through his own HPK Polar 2000 watt speaker. So the sound gear is covered from his end.
Performance options
Three kinds of booking, each with its own shape. Private functions run up to three hours, with extra time added on by the hour if the night keeps going. Bars, pubs and restaurants take a shorter slot, two or three hours, again extendable. Weddings are covered as a ceremony and canapes booking of up to three hours. Say which one you are after and roughly how long you want music going, and the rest gets worked out from there.
