Eudlo is a railway village in the hills with a hall and a lot of acreage, and no act on this page is based in it. The closest are neighbours: an aerial act at Chevallum a few minutes away and a cover band at Palmwoods, then a run of Buderim acts ten minutes over the hill, a DJ, a second cover band, a soloist, a singer, a trivia host and a psychic, with a singer and a soloist from Sippy Downs closing the ten. What that first screen lacks is a ceremony singer, which for a hinterland wedding village is worth knowing before you start.
Palmwoods and Chevallum share this exact ten, and the three villages are one market as far as the acts are concerned; what Eudlo adds is a few more minutes of winding road and a few more patches with no phone signal. The pool behind it is the Sunshine Coast's, singers and wedding singers at the top, then soloists, duos and the bands, and Maleny is about as far up the range as Buderim is down it, so the range's soloists are as close as the coast's. For an acreage wedding or a hall party out here, that's a deeper list than a village this size has any right to.
Top picks are the nearby performers with the most visible reviews, then rating, then the closest; further afield the closest come first, and premium listings break remaining ties. Distances are straight-line from Eudlo. Ask each act whether they travel to your venue and what that costs.
Two cover bands sit within ten minutes of the village, one at Palmwoods and one at Buderim, so a hinterland reception here doesn't carry the travel loading a Maleny farm does. What sets the number is the size of the band, how many sets, and whether the ceremony sound and a bit of dinner music are folded in. The from-prices on the band cards above are the starting points, and a spring Saturday sits at the top of them.
There is, at Chevallum, and a silks or hoop act during the drinks is the kind of thing an acreage wedding has room for and a beach one doesn't. The catch is rigging: they need a rated point or a free-standing frame with height above it, and a marquee roof won't do. Ask what they bring and send a photo of the shed or the tree line before they quote.
Rarely for the ones based at Buderim, Sippy Downs or Palmwoods, because the village is inside their normal weekend. A Noosa or Caloundra act is a different story, and so is any act when the property is a further ten minutes up a gravel road past the village. Put the full address in and ask for travel as its own line, then you'll see whether there is any.
Buderim and Maleny are each a short run from Eudlo, one down towards the coast and one up the range. If the Buderim acts are gone for a spring Saturday, the Maleny page is the other half of the list.
A fundraiser or a sixtieth with tables suits the trivia and game-show host on the list better than a band would. Ask what they bring for sound and scoring, and how many teams they can run.
Acreage roads around Eudlo lose mobile reception in the gullies. Send the act written directions and a second number for the day, so a late change isn't lost in a black spot.
