The office handles scheduling and logistics, the performers arrive early with their own sound and lighting, and they'll shape the set list around your crowd. You can add DJ sets between live brackets, an MC to keep the night moving, or a specific first dance song. Space needs are modest: a flat, covered spot about 2.5 by 2 metres for a soloist or duo, with power within 10 metres. Every artist carries public liability insurance.
The show

On the day
Every act arrives with professional sound and lighting suited to most venues. What's needed from you: a standard 240 volt power source within ten metres of where they're playing, and a flat covered space of roughly 2.5 by 2 metres for a soloist or duo, more for bigger line-ups. Parking and an easy load-in close to the performance area help a lot. For events with heavier technical demands, like large scale production or staging, extra AV support can be coordinated.
Performance options
Start with the line-up. A soloist, a duo, a trio, or a full party band, matched to the size and feel of your event. From there you can add DJ sets before, between or after the live brackets, an MC to keep the running order moving, sound and lighting set up to suit your venue or theme, and playlists to fill the breaks.
