About
Tara Zann is a drag performer for hire in Brisbane, QLD.
Tricks, kicks and splits, done in heels. Tara Zann is a Brisbane drag performer whose shows run hot and fast, with silly party games thrown in between numbers to keep a room loose. Drag queen, drag king or androgynous drag, plus go-go dancing, so the look can be pitched to whatever the night is meant to be. Special requests get a fair hearing. Set-up is easy: access to a speaker is all that's needed, running either a custom mix or a straight playlist, and the music can be Tara's own picks or yours. Insured. Popular for hens nights, festivals, roving work and parties that want a proper centrepiece.
The show
Range is the point here. Tara works as a drag queen, a drag king, or in androgynous drag, and can go-go dance as well, so the character on the night gets pitched to whatever your event actually is. You pick the direction and Tara builds the look around it. That flexibility means one performer can carry a hens night, a festival stage or a roving spot at a party without the room feeling like it's watching the same five minutes on repeat.
On the day
Access to a speaker is the whole ask. Tara plugs a phone straight into it and runs a custom mix, or plays the songs off a streaming service if you'd rather keep it simple. Nothing else needs organising. If your venue already has a sound system for the room, that'll do the job, and if it doesn't, one decent speaker with a spare input is enough to get the show going.
