She's been part of the Brisbane scene since 2017, moving between club floors and the quieter job of setting a mood in a bar. The setlist runs the 80s through to current tracks, often with a disco house remix twist on the familiar ones. Funk, disco, dance and electronic all get a look in. Decks, speakers and microphones can come with her if you need them.
The show
Tasha reads a crowd well and picks the set from what she sees, so you can point her at a full dance floor or ask for something lower and more atmospheric while people are still arriving and talking. Familiar songs often turn up in a disco or house remix, which keeps a track people know from feeling worn out. She adapts to the occasion rather than playing the same night twice.
On the day
Decks, speakers and microphones can all come from Tasha when your venue hasn't got them, so an empty function room is no obstacle. If the house system is decent she'll happily work off that instead. Let her know which way it is when you enquire.
