The show
Two DJs, so the tone of the night gets matched to the crowd rather than the other way around. Calvin K leans to weddings and anniversaries, BK to the louder end, 18ths and 21sts, engagements and corporate nights. Requests are welcome and rarely knocked back. The production side is where it gets loud to look at as well: cold sparks, confetti, CO2 cannons, LED uplighting and video disco, brought in when you want them and left out when you don't.
On the day
One 240 volt power point. That's the entire list of what they need from you. Everything else arrives with them: the sound system, the lighting, the effects gear, all of it. So a bare function room or a hall with nothing installed is no obstacle, as long as there's a working outlet somewhere near where the decks will sit.
Performance options
Two DJs sit under the one banner and they cover different ground. Calvin K is the veteran with over 40 years of it behind him, and weddings, anniversaries and the more traditional events are his. BK is the newer wave, taking the loud end: 18ths and 21sts, weddings, corporate nights. Packages step up from essential through signature to elite, with cold sparks, confetti, CO2 cannons, LED uplights and video disco available across them.
