About
Rewired is a cover band for hire in Ballarat, VIC.
A four piece out of Ballarat rewiring the classics from the seventies, eighties and nineties. Rewired Rock Band play it loud and keep it moving, with Creedence, the Eagles, INXS, Chris Isaak, Queen and Robbie Williams among the artists on the list. Expect Am I Ever Gonna See Your Face Again, April Sun In Cuba, Hurt So Good, Summer of '69, Run To Paradise, Sweet Caroline and Khe Sanh. They need power nearby, close parking to unload the gear, and about an hour and a half in the room before the gig starts.
The show
Rewired Rock Band play it loud. Covers drawn from the 70s, 80s and 90s, delivered at high energy and pitched at a room that came to move rather than sit. The four piece keep the pace up across the night, and the material stays on songs a mixed crowd will already know.
On the day
Three practical things. Power points near where the band will play. Parking close enough to the room that gear can be carried in and out without a long haul. And access to the space an hour and a half before the music starts, which gives them time to load in, set up and check the sound properly. Getting those three lined up in advance makes for a much calmer start.
