About
Groove Connection is a cover band for hire in Melbourne, VIC.
Kripa fronts Groove Connection, with Dave on guitar, Derrick on bass and Glyn on drums. The Melbourne four piece works through Top 40 and older covers, and the list keeps growing: Lady Gaga, Ed Sheeran, Dua Lipa, Adele, Amy Winehouse, Fleetwood Mac, Prince, Chris Stapleton, Dragon. They play parties, weddings, pubs and corporate functions, and are as happy in a small room as a big one. Expect the guitar solos to be loud and the dance floor to stay busy.

The show
Groove Connection play at party volume. Top 40 sits next to older favourites, the guitar solos are not shy, and the aim across a night is a busy dance floor rather than polite background music. Small Melbourne rooms and big ones both work. The four piece handles a wedding reception, a pub, a corporate function or a birthday the same way, which is to say loud, familiar and built for people who came out to dance.
