About
Cosplay Character Productions is a costume character for hire in Brisbane, QLD.
The show
Characters in full costume, moving through your event and giving guests something to react to. Photos are a big part of it, so expect queues forming wherever the character stops, and there's festive gift giving where the occasion calls for it. Kids get the most out of it, though adults do their share of posing. Costumes can be matched to your theme rather than pulled straight from a standard roster, which matters if the event has a look you're trying to hold together.
On the day
A green room or similar space close to the event, so the performers can change and take breaks out of sight. A parking spot near the venue as well, since the costumes aren't easy to carry far. And if rain is a possibility, something overhead. Costumes can't be worn in the wet, and wet muddy ground is out unless the feet are bagged.
Performance options
Seasonal characters are the specialty. Mr and Mrs Easter Bunny work as a pair, and there are Santa Clauses on the books for December, which means a shopping centre or a large staff party can have more than one Santa working different areas at once. Ask about how those pairings are put together when you enquire.
Insurance and paperwork
Public liability insured
