About
Jarryd is a comedian for hire in Melbourne, VIC.
A former Australian soldier who now does stand-up, Jarryd has played sold-out rooms right across the country and racked up more than 25 million views on his online videos. He's a regular guest on podcasts and at comedy clubs. Sets run anywhere from 5 to 30 minutes, and he'll shape the material around your crowd rather than roll out the same routine everywhere. He can also host the whole work event, run games at a party, or present awards. Cheeky, energetic, plenty of stories. He's fully insured for public liability. AV gets sorted at booking because it's so venue dependent, and in Victoria he travels with his own tour van and gear. Based in Melbourne.
The show
Jarryd works as a stand-up and a host, and he's played rooms right across the country. Cheeky, energetic, and he's got stories. Rather than repeating one fixed routine everywhere he goes, he builds the material around your crowd and what you're actually celebrating. Which is the difference between a comic who fits your night and one who just turns up with a set.
On the day
AV gets worked out at the time of booking, because what's needed changes so much from one venue to the next. Anywhere in Victoria he travels with his own tour van and gear, so there's less to organise.
Performance options
The stand-up runs anywhere between 5 and 30 minutes, whatever suits your run sheet. He'll also host a work function, run games at a party, or handle the awards presentations.
