About
Corgi is a comedian for hire in Frankston, VIC.
Retro TV energy meets modern stand up. Corgi is a Melbourne comedian and MC who works best in rooms that want something a bit odd, whether that means alt comedy, audience interaction, or straight stand up with a whimsical bend. The comedy is strange, sharp and somehow still wholesome, and it's written for adult audiences. Corgi also takes balloon work, voice acting, roving and speaking gigs. A microphone and a speaker will do, though an audio tech makes the full show land better.
On the day
Keep it simple and Corgi is happy: something to talk into and something to play it through. A microphone and a speaker will get the set done. Where there's an audio tech on hand the full show has more room to breathe, since the timing of the odder bits depends on the sound landing cleanly, but that's a conversation rather than a condition. Tell Corgi what the room already has and the rest gets worked out from there.
