The show
Natalie brings energy to the front of the room and doesn't leave the audience with theory alone. Sessions are built around resilience, and around what a workplace culture needs before performance is possible: trust, psychosocial safety, teams that are actually connected to each other. On the day
A projector and screen suit her best, since she uses a PowerPoint to anchor the key points and give the audience something to hold on to. It isn't essential though. If your room hasn't got AV, or the format doesn't suit slides, she'll present without them and the session still works.
