About
John Batley and Band is a blues band for hire in Gracemere, QLD.
Guitarist and singer John Batley brings blues, rock and R&B influences into his own songs. His band performances add percussion and bass, with instrumental pieces sitting alongside vocal material. Based in Gracemere, John has played festivals and community settings as well as touring shows. His recording Reinvention of Me reflects the same mix, moving between guitar melodies and songs shaped by influences including the Shadows, Robben Ford and the Emmanuel brothers.
