About
Riot Act - Pearl Jam Tribute is a tribute band for hire in Brisbane, QLD.
Two hours of Pearl Jam, played straight through by a Brisbane band who clearly know the catalogue. Riot Act's set runs from Alive to Dark Matter and covers most of what sits between: Black, Betterman, Corduroy, Even Flow, Jeremy, Yellow Ledbetter, Rearview Mirror, Do the Evolution, Given to Fly, Daughter. Rockin' in the Free World gets a run too. It's built for a crowd that grew up on nineties rock and still wants the volume up. They bring the show to pubs, functions and events, and they need space and a power source, nothing more complicated than that.
Watch
The show
Riot Act play the best of the 90s rock anthems, and they play them with the volume and the passion that music was written for. It's aimed at a crowd who grew up on those records and still want to hear them at proper level. Two hours of it, straight through, and the room tends to spend most of that on its feet.
On the day
Space to play in and a power source. That is genuinely all Riot Act ask for, which makes them straightforward to fit into a pub, a function room or a one-off event without a technical conversation beforehand.
